All ski lifts at higher altitudes were closed due to strong winds from Storm Petra. We planned a change to a lower situated lift in the forest zone. For this we had to cover a distance with the skis on a winter hiking trail.
It didn't look that bad - at least at the beginning.

Even in the forest the force of the wind gusts remains clearly visible (1/200 sec. / 24 mm).
Back in the valley there is no wind at all
